A live dispatch and routing platform coordinating 2,400 vehicles across six countries.

Kaizen ran dispatch across four disconnected systems and a WhatsApp group. Dispatchers reconciled positions by hand, route changes took twenty minutes to reach a driver, and nobody could answer "where is this shipment" without three phone calls.
One Next.js control room over a Django backend, with vehicle positions arriving over WebSockets and a routing engine that re-optimises on traffic and new pickups. We modelled the whole operation as an event log, so the answer to "where was this at 3pm on Tuesday" is a query rather than an investigation.
Dispatch response dropped from twenty minutes to under thirty seconds. On-time delivery went from 81% to 96%, and the platform now carries 34,000 shipments a week without an added dispatcher.

A 30-minute call, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it — and what it would realistically cost.
