We take mobile, web, desktop and 2D game work because those are the four disciplines we are genuinely excellent at. Anything else, we will point you at someone better.
Most software projects fail on communication, not on code. So the process is built around the opposite: written scope, two-week sprints, and something installable every fortnight.
We map the problem before anyone opens an editor. Stakeholder interviews, a walk through your existing system, and a written scope you can hold us to.
3–5 days
Data model, API contract, infrastructure plan and the decisions worth arguing about — all written down before they get expensive to change.
1 week
Wireframes to a full design system, prototyped and clickable. You approve screens, not adjectives.
2–3 weeks
Two-week sprints against a public board. Every sprint ends with something you can install and use — not a status update.
6–14 weeks
Load testing, security review, accessibility audit and a rehearsed rollback plan. The boring fortnight that decides how launch week feels.
1–2 weeks
We ship it, watch it, and stay on. Monitoring, on-call, and a monthly report that says what actually happened.
Ongoing
A 30-minute call, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it — and what it would realistically cost.
