A match-3 puzzle title with 4.2M installs and day-30 retention of 18.4%.

Cobalt had a match-3 prototype that tested well for five minutes and lost players by day three. The core mechanic was solid; the progression and economy around it were not, and no amount of art was going to fix that.
We rebuilt the meta-game around the existing mechanic: a difficulty curve simulated against 50,000 modelled player sessions before implementation, a decorate-your-garden progression layer giving long-term goals, and an energy economy tuned so paying is a shortcut rather than a gate. Full original art, Spine animation and an audio layer built for the juice.
4.2M installs in the first eight months. Day-1 retention 47%, day-30 18.4% — both roughly double the casual puzzle benchmark — with ARPDAU of $0.14 and no aggressive interstitials.

A 30-minute call, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it — and what it would realistically cost.
