A lot of our Android work runs in genuinely hard conditions — field surveys with no coverage, rural telemedicine, warehouse floors. You will learn offline-first properly, from people who have shipped it.

What you'll do

Build Android features in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
Work within an offline-first architecture with real conflict resolution
Write tests for the business logic you own
Profile and optimise for low-end devices
Participate in code review as both author and reviewer

What we're looking for

2+ years with Android and Kotlin in production
Jetpack Compose experience on a real project
Understanding of coroutines, Flow and lifecycle
Room or an equivalent local persistence layer
Willing to test on deliberately bad hardware

Nice to have

Offline-first or sync experience
Kotlin Multiplatform
Bluetooth or hardware peripheral integration
