Our delivery leads are not administrators — they run the client relationship, protect the team's focus, and are trusted to say "no, not this sprint" to a client executive.

What you'll do

Own client communication on four to six concurrent projects
Run sprint planning, demos and retrospectives
Maintain scope, budget and the risk register, and raise issues before they are crises
Write the status update before the client asks for it
Protect engineering focus from mid-sprint scope changes

What we're looking for

4+ years delivering software projects in an agency or consultancy
Genuine technical literacy — you can follow an architecture discussion
Comfortable telling a client no, with a reason
Excellent written English; most of the job is writing clearly
Calm during incidents

Nice to have

Background in engineering or design
Experience with fixed-price commercial models
A second language relevant to our client base
